Delete Your Flow Academy Account

You can permanently delete your Flow Academy account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email connect@flowacademyhq.com from the address on your account (or call (951) 337-3781) and ask us to delete your account. We'll process it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, address), your uploaded photos and videos, your posts, messages, and journal entries, your belt progress, attendance, and account history, and your login credentials. This action cannot be undone.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example, transaction/payment records kept by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax and accounting, and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms. Any retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used to re-identify you in the app.
