Both locations offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and adults. Indio also offers Muay Thai and MMA. Riverside also offers Women's Self-Defense, the adaptive Flow Limitless program, Parkinson's-focused boxing, and fitness classes for ages 55+.
